These will be up on the wall about 7-8 feet off the floor. So I decided to go with the option in the plans for having the tweeter array tilted down a few degrees. Kind a tricky, cut to fit job. I used the off cut stubs from the mounting braces to help locate the braces, and give me a bit more glue & nail surface.

The tweeter array took awhile. I built a jig for my miter saw, and did the 45 first. Then two jigs for my table saw to trim the long length. Another jig was used to glue them up. I used a clear universal ABS/PVC cement. Bill suggested breaking up some of the smaller off cuts and dropping them into the can overnight. It definitely helps to hide the joints. I used a natural bristle brush to paint the edges while I assembled. After they dried, I went back and recovered all the joints again.

Each bank of the array is wired in parallel. The two banks are wired in series. I used some scrap CAT5 for wiring.

I used 3/4 Baltic for the mounting flange on the back. 1" wide strips. I added some scraps behind the joints to keep the surfaces even and increase the structural integrity of the box.
