Adding the wings was pretty straight forward. Trying to shoot brad nails accurately into a mitered edge was not that easy. Most of the misses were not visible.

The spacer ring was routed with the good old Jasper Jig. After all the speakers I have built, I had no "inner circles" left in the scrap bin. So I had to cut 4 new ones out of scrap for the phase plug. It would have gone smoother had I remembered to add an inch to the Jasper diameter for saving the inner piece. Yellow glue and brad nails took care of the assembly of the plug.

I decided to put the tweeter wires in before I added the top/bottom horn panels. They should be well hidden in final assembly.

The top and bottom horn panels are the only compound miter cuts for this cabinet. Thankfully, the short cuts could be done with my miter saw.
