LIGHT THE WAY CHURCH -- SUBWOOFER 1

Here's the raw view of the driver mouth after gluing up the rest of the carcass. I predrilled all the mounting holes for the driver, and was generous with screws. Plywood was way out of square, so it was a struggle to get it to fit.

Here's the bottom of the sub. I ran out of PL and wound up using a "new & improved" PL Premium cause that's all they had. Dark gray in color, seems a bit more viscous, less "taffy" tails. Seems to hold just as well.

Here's the final glue up before sanding and staining. I made a second top (26" X 26") including a 1 X 2 pine molding strip. This will be wall loaded. So the closest they can shove it to the wall will still leave at least 6" clearance.

Here's all the molding installed, ready to be stained and finished.
