The 4" casters were mounted on a 3/4" plywood pad. 2" Carriage bolts were inserted from the throat side. We added a triangular stiffener on the interior side of the box. The wheels hold the bottom about 1/2" off the ground. Hopefully, no rattles.

Here's the throat area with a bit of Duratex applied. I bleached the photo so you could see the detail. The 1" dowel passes thru both interior braces. The squares holding the ends seemed safer than trying to drill all the way through 4 pieces (or trying to drill & pin the dowel endgrain). We glued the dowel at the all four holes. It doesn't spin, but it makes a damn nice handle. The rectangular piece between the braces gave us something for brad nailing.

Adam using a foam mini roller to apply the satin black Duratex.

Close up of the throat area after first, still wet, coat of Duratex. The flash sure exaggerates every blob. You can see the bolt heads holding the wheels.

Here's the top of the finished box. We ran the perimeter of the inside of the door with a router bit to thin the door a bit. Then we sealed the door with closed cell foam. Nice tight seal, door is flush. Two seal coats of black satin Duratex, third texture coat with a roller.

Here's the front/back of the finished box. We added 3/4" rubber feet in front and stacking corners. The dowel makes loading/unloading a lot easier. One 4 pole Speakon in parallell with both lower 1/4" jacks. They all feed the BP102 thru a 9mH coil. The output (with crossover caps) is carried by a 2 pole Speakon.
