I cut the four-panel piece using hand circular saw. The first rip cut was also done with a hand held circular saw and clamped straight edge. Note the offset measurements. Next place the center cut against the table saw fence, and rip both sides. Save the off cut wedges.
I attached the two offcut wedges together and made a jig to do the opposite side, long-angle cut. Using the off cut wedges assures symmetry of cuts.
Again using scraps, I created a second jig to handle the smaller angle cut. The second pushplate really helped stabilize the panels for the second short cut.

The sides of the box clamped. I used a couple of 4" panels (beneath the false baffle) to locate the back of the mid chamber. I glued it in using polyurethane construction adhesive.
